A mysterious new vigilante has appeared in Gotham City. The armor-clad Rumor seeks to stop the city's costumed criminals permanently by imprisoning them in his secret warehouse for a mass euthanization. Over the course of the episode, Batman and Robin discover Rumor to be an employee for Paul Karon, an inventor who was crippled by The Joker during an attack Batman had failed to stop. The Dynamic Duo finds Rumor and the missing villains in the warehouse lair, only for all of the rouges to be let loose as a distraction. Knowing that the criminals plan on killing Rumor themselves, Batman and Robin are forced to fend off their many foes in one massive brawl.

The roots reach into the back of the ambulance, carefully picking up the sleeping Isley with a bed of soft cherry blossoms. Forming a thick, green bush around the her, the roots then disappear back into the hole in the street from which it emerged. Inside the greenhouse of the nearby Gotham Central Park, the plant carrying Isley arises from the ground, now sporting a large pink cocoon from it's upper-stem. A strange glow suddenly illuminates the interior of the cocoon, showing that Isley is inside... It isn't long before The Batman and GCPD arrive at the scene of the ambulance wreck. BONUS: The Costume Evolution of Poison Ivy (PART 1)

While this blog is primarily focused on the version of Poison Ivy featured in the 2004 animated series The Batman, I wanted to present a series of special "Bonus Posts" discussing Ivy-related topics, the first of which you are reading right now. The purpose of this particular mini-series is to showcase the various costumes worn by Poison Ivy across her many iterations in various media. Part 1 will cover "main continuity" outfits starting from Ivy's first appearance in 1966 and all the way to the end of DC's "New Earth" continuity in 2011.
