She has no bearing on the overall plot, and because of this, the episode's description on this post will be extremely short.) A mysterious new vigilante has appeared in Gotham City. The armor-clad Rumor seeks to stop the city's costumed criminals permanently by imprisoning them in his secret warehouse for a mass euthanization. Over the course of the episode, Batman and Robin discover Rumor to be an employee for Paul Karon, an inventor who was crippled by The Joker during an attack Batman had failed to stop. The Dynamic Duo finds Rumor and the missing villains in the warehouse lair, only for all of the rouges to be let loose as a distraction. Knowing that the criminals plan on killing Rumor themselves, Batman and Robin are forced to fend off their many foes in one massive brawl. Poison Ivy appears on a news report's graphic showing the list of missing villain...

Original broadcast date: November 26, 2005 It's late night at Gotham City Hall, and Mayor Grange is having a heated debate over the phone about tearing down Gotham Park in order to build a hospital. Grange is all for the medical building going into the area, but a few members of the city council are firmly against the plan. The call is interrupted by a knock at the office door, to which Grange gets up to answer. Though there is nobody on the other side of the threshold, a basket of pink flowers has been left on a nearby pedestal. As Grange reads the attached card, he notices one of the flowers moving, only for it to suddenly jump up from the basket and wrap around his face. The following day, an ecstatic Grange is speaking at a rally in Gotham Park, telling the crowd that the plans for the hospital have been scrapped in favor of a more extreme renovation of the city, such as tearing up the sidewalks and replacing them with more grass and flowers.   Original broadcast date: September 24, 2005 Click here for the synopsis of "Batgirl Begins" Part 1 As the ambulance carrying the comatose body of Pamela Isley rushes through the streets of Gotham, the vehicle is brought to an abrupt halt by thick roots emerging through the blacktop. The roots reach into the back of the ambulance, carefully picking up the sleeping Isley with a bed of soft cherry blossoms. Forming a thick, green bush around the her, the roots then disappear back into the hole in the street from which it emerged. Inside the greenhouse of the nearby Gotham Central Park, the plant carrying Isley arises from the ground, now sporting a large pink cocoon from it's upper-stem. A strange glow suddenly illuminates the interior of the cocoon, showing that Isley is inside... It isn't long before The Batman and GCPD arrive at the scene of the ambulance wreck. As the police interview the drivers, Batman spots a leaf stuck to the broken back door of the van. Meanw...
